Mr. Amnart Butthongkamwong has a background in automotive mechanical engineering and having 9 years of hands-on with farmers in Thailand and CLM countries to discover the farmers’ pain points and co-develop products with engineering team to provide agricultural tractors and implements.

Moreover, he has experienced 6 years to integrate the research on both agricultural machinery solutions and agricultural solutions for farmers to achieve high yields and reduce cost in rice, sugarcane, maize and cassava in Thailand and CLM countries.


In Thailand, he has promoted zero burn solutions about 30,000 rais within 3 years in rice and sugarcane for large scale farm in order to reduce contaminated air pollution as PM2.5 by stop burning.
Besides, he is a co-creator in the “Crop Calendars Project” as the standard of crop production in rice, sugarcane, cassava, and maize also. Nowadays, this project was transformed into a digital database in “KAS Crop Calendar Application” or www.kubotasolutions.com which farmers could be able to apply data on farm.


Currently, Mr. Amnart is performing as KUBOTA Solutions Department Manager under Siam Kubota Corporation, Thailand. He works as a researcher to create and support new solutions on Agricultural at Kubota farm, with the aim of precision farming, circular economy, and maximum revenue concepts, to fulfill better and sustainable life of ASEAN farmers.

Ralf Opierzynski earned his Diplom degree in Production Engineering from Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg in 1996. Since 1996, Mr. Opierzynski has been working at the Fraunhofer Institute for Factory Operation and Automation IFF in Magdeburg, Germany where he focuses on the fields of environmental and geographic information systems, resource management systems, process planning and optimization. In 2005 he became head of the institute’s International Competence Center Logistics (ICCL). In September 2008 he moved to Bangkok, Thailand in order to set-up and operate an Asian Regional Office on behalf of Fraunhofer IFF, Germany. Mr. Opierzynski has headed and successfully completed numerous international projects in various areas. Project activities were located primarily in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Apart from concrete company projects, Mr. Opierzynski has also headed and completed training and transfer projects (e.g. train-the-trainer projects) in the sector of sustainability management, energy efficiency, food innovation, e-mobility, smart cities, digital engineering, industry 4.0 and virtual reality applications.

PUGNATORIUS Ltd. advises on foreign direct investments in Thailand, real estate developments, international tax planning, infrastructure and energy investments as well as fintech ventures. The law firm has particular experiences and know-how in the legal advice and transaction support of foreign investments in agriculture, horticulture, aquaculture, fishery, and livestock.
